DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Analyze information and data by developing spreadsheet reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly and annual DOT and other finance and operation reports required for regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Working knowledge of basic GAAP and financial statements
• Moderate to strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and with a positive attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• One to three years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Experience with Oracle Fusion software
• CPA or MBA
• Airline industry experience
