TRAITS & SKILLS:     Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills and a commitment to fostering student-athlete growth both on and off the course. Applicants should possess:

• Effective communication skills with student-athletes, parents, and school staff
• Knowledge of wrestling techniques, training, and competition strategy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A high level of professionalism and work ethic
• Availability after school for practices, competitions, and team travel
• Must be able to operate school-owned minibuses for team transportation, in accordance with district policies and licensing requirements.
