Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN positions available on Days (6a-6:30p)

PRN positions available on Nights (6p-6:30a)

Up To $2000 Sign-On Bonus (eligible for Full-Time and Part-Time positions only)

Summary:

Resident Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well-being of residents and document the same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards.
  • Performs personal care tasks for residents
  • Provides exceptional customer service to each and every resident
  • Observes and records resident condition information
  • Transfers and/or lifts residents
  • Carries out universal precautions
  • Complies with all aspects of Resident Rights
Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience.
  • Must have current certification in CPR/First Aid training or be open to getting it shortly upon hire.
