Job Summary: Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST | #LI-ONSITE
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls—warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
- Assist with walk-in clients
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
- Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
