About the role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Candidate Marketing Lead, supporting one of our largest and most high-profile clients, Royal Mail. This is a newly created role, supporting both business as usual hiring and seasonal peak campaigns, including Christmas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys ownership, variety and building something from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in growing the Royal Mail brand nationally and ensuring we have a strong, engaged pipeline of candidates ready to work.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead candidate attraction marketing for Royal Mail campaigns
- Build and promote the Royal Mail brand across multiple channels
- Own candidate engagement and B2C communications to develop a ready‑to‑work talent pool
- Work closely with Product, Content and Candidate Attraction teams
- Analyse campaign performance, insights, and conversion data to continuously improve results
- Plan, develop and deploy high‑volume, peak‑demand campaigns (e.g. seasonal)
About you
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a B2C or high-volume environment
- Confident delivering campaigns end-to-end and working with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
- Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimisation
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Recruitment or employer brand experience is helpful, but not essential
What you’ll gain
- A high-profile client portfolio with national reach and visibility
- Real ownership in a newly created role
- Support and mentorship from experienced marketing and attraction professionals
- Clear development opportunities and access to Reed’s benefits and learning programmes
- A collaborative, inclusive, and enjoyable working culture
If you’re a proactive marketer who enjoys learning, ownership and building effective candidate journeys at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
