What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Proficiency with computers and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
- Ability to commute to the Doylestown office
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and in person
- Prior experience in a behavioral health, medical, substance use, or social services setting Preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role
Reception Responsibilities:
- Greet all individuals with professionalism, warmth, and respect.
- Register clients, verifying demographic and insurance information.
- Use reports to confirm coverage for scheduled services and coordinate with billing staff as needed.
- Maintain data integrity in the Electronic Medical Records system.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
- Manage appointment cancellations for both clients and staff.
Call Center Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about LVF and community services.
- Conduct brief, non-clinical initial screenings and escalate acute needs to the clinical team.
- Respond to emergency codes and support waiting room safety
- Answer incoming calls, assess urgency, and transfer to appropriate staff or resources.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LVF programs, admission criteria, and insurance coverage.
- Verify insurance coverage and explain consent for treatment requirements.
- Sort, route, and process incoming faxes and other correspondence along with related tasks.
