  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front-facing spaces
  • Coordinate catering deliveries and ensure seamless service execution
  • Partner closely with the Hospitality Lead and Executive Assistants on events and meetings
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Take pride in the details—owning every interaction from arrival to departure
