We’re hiring a Recruiter to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on building and hiring high-performing sales teams. This is roles works closely with sales leadership and the broader recruiting team.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices.
What You’ll Do
• Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
• Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
• Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
• Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
• Support hiring across multiple locations, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Utah, Arizona, and New York City
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
Requirements
• Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations
• Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
• Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Highly preferred: Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams)
