To support the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of ESC Region 12. The General Support Intern serves as a vital operational link within ESC Region 12, providing high-quality administrative and logistical support to ensure the seamless delivery of educational services and professional development programs.
Job Description
This part-time position (typically 20 or less hours per week) will provide assistance and support to the ESC Region 12 departments during the summer months (mid-May through Mid-August). This is an as-needed basis for departments. Applications will be reviewed for course study and experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain experience in an educational environment, office operations, and work with well-respected teams that provide professional development training to our schools.
Education/Qualifications
- High School entering in the senior year to the senior year of college.
- Office work experience, preferred

Responsibilites
- Providing an avenue for skilled applicants to contribute to "actual work" based on their field of study (e.g., IT, Marketing, Finance, or Education)
- Collaborating directly with department assistants and secretaries to streamline office operations and clerical workflows.
- Facilitating comprehensive session support through strategic room setup and the preparation of high-quality training materials.
- Serving as a primary point of contact to greet participants and provide professional support to internal and external guests.
- Supporting multiple departments on an as-needed basis while upholding ESC Region 12’s core values and safety standards.
