Job Description:

• Provide technical support to the business partners and end-users, via phone, email or on-site.
• On-site commissioning of our systems and products if necessary.
• Project coordinator for security systems T&C.
• Provide training programs with target audience internally and externally.
• Assistance to the advertising and brand building events.
• Assist in following up product return and repair processes.
• Identify and follow up the sales opportunities, make proposal and quotation to fulfill customer demand.
• Support sales channel development and management.
• Support customers in the progress of presales, tender, order, delivery and maintenance.
• Collect voice of customer and handle compliant.

 

Qualifications:

• Education： Degree/Higher Diploma holder of Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, IT/ Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Working Experience： At least 2 years working experience in technical support to sales team.
• Knowledge/Skills:  Well communications skill and familiar with ELV/ IT/ Security industry. CCNA certified is much preferred. Knowledge of commercial goods import/export is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Possess good English skills and proficient Cantonese skills.
