About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and optimize our inbound and outbound patient conversion team.
You will be responsible for:
Managing remote Sales Representatives
Driving conversion performance
Improving pipeline discipline
Building scalable sales processes
This is not a “report-only” management role. We’re looking for a player-coach who understands activity metrics, objection handling, conversion psychology, and revenue accountability.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of remote Sales Representatives
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, follow-ups, conversions, revenue)
Coach reps on objection handling, consultative selling, and follow-up discipline
Improve inbound conversion rates and outbound effectiveness
Review call recordings and provide performance feedback
Build and refine sales scripts, messaging, and workflows
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead quality
Forecast revenue and pipeline performance
Hold the team accountable to activity and performance targets
What Success Looks Like
Increased lead-to-consult conversion rate
Improved outbound reactivation rates
Clear visibility into pipeline metrics
High-performing, accountable remote sales team
Reduced lead drop-off
This Role Is a Fit If You:
✔ Have 4+ years of sales experience and 2+ years managing a team
✔ Have led remote sales teams successfully
✔ Understand both inbound conversion and outbound prospecting
✔ Are data-driven and comfortable managing KPIs
✔ Have experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, or DTC (preferred)
✔ Are comfortable working U.S. business hours
✔ Thrive in startup environments with evolving processes

❌ Have never managed a remote team
Compensation
Base salary + performance-based incentives
Fully remote
