Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, quality-minded, highly skilled Welder to join our Assembly team.  In this position, welders work on the shell assembly of custom sheet steel enclosures. PTMW welders are expected to safely complete each job within specific deadlines to ensure we meet our customers’ needs.  



Key Responsibilities




  • Interpret and follow proper welding procedures and welding symbols on drawings.

  • Use calibrated measuring tools (measuring tapes, squares, etc.) to properly fit up assemblies.

  • Utilize industry tools and equipment. Hand, pneumatic, electric, and battery powered tools. Plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, and carbon air arc.

  • Weld parts in various positions, processes (GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW), and materials (Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel).

  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
