Executive Assistant – Drive Operational Excellence for a Premier Sacramento Remodeler

Job Overview:

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, Overtime

The Opportunity:

You will serve as the strategic right hand to the leadership team, ensuring the operational heartbeat of our Sacramento expansion remains steady and efficient. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives on variety, from complex accounting tasks to high-level technical problem-solving. You will have the direct impact of streamlining our business processes while supporting a rapidly growing national franchise brand.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping functions to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

  • Master advanced software and technology platforms to optimize office workflows and data management.

  • Resolve complex customer and vendor conflicts with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Coordinate executive schedules and project logistics across extended hours, including early mornings and weekends.

  • Synthesize complicated information quickly to provide actionable updates to the leadership team.

  • Implement organizational systems that improve the overall efficiency of the Sales and Client Relations departments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

  • Proven experience managing accounting or financial record-keeping tasks.

  • High proficiency with technology and a demonstrated ability to learn new software systems rapidly.

  • Flexibility to work a demanding schedule that includes overtime and weekend availability.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support capacity.

  • Previous success in high-pressure environments, such as multi-level marketing or high-volume sales.

  • Advanced conflict-resolution skills and the ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult personalities.

  • Strong "D" (Dominance) or "I" (Influence) personality traits, showing drive and social confidence.
