Job Description

The Operations Lead & Sales Support plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring operational excellence and consistency while helping deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

This role partners closely with store leadership to oversee operational processes, support team performance, and maintain efficient store functionality. The Operations Lead serves as a resource for team members and helps ensure company policies, operational standards, and service expectations are consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational processes, procedures, and company standards are consistently followed.
  • Maintain strong inventory management practices including receiving shipments, processing service orders, conducting audits, and ensuring product accuracy.
  • Help ensure the store environment remains organized, clean, and aligned with merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Support store readiness for promotions, events, and business initiatives.
  • Provide customer support as needed, assisting with sales, special orders and customer inquiries to help ensure a positive customer experience and support overall store performance.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and the sales team when needed.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of operational systems and platforms to support all team members.
  • Ensure overall organization within the showroom.
  • Communicate operational priorities and updates to team members and partner with leadership to address operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Support customers in receiving packages, processing service orders, and complex returns or exchanges.
  • Provide sales floor support for the showroom as needed for business coverage during peak hours, breaks, store events, etc.
  • Own a sales goal appropriate aligned with personal selling hours throughout the week
