Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions who are:
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
Adaptable to new situations and environments
A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
A natural at multitasking
Reliable and ready to work
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a national background check
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
Able to perform basic housekeeping duties
A big plus for us are caregivers who are:
Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
Bilingual? You shine even brighter. Languages like Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, and Creole are all welcome and needed in our diverse client communities!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with daily living skills like grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Offering companionship and social engagement
Keeping detailed notes of care and changes
Providing transportation to appointments and errands
