Job Title: Forklift Operator – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Built Brands – American Fork, Utah
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour
Position Summary:
Built Brands is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to oversee shipping and receiving operations in a designated warehouse area. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, manage inventory flow, and ensure all shipping and receiving tasks are completed accurately in NetSuite. As the sole Built Brands employee in this area, trustworthiness and accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including unloading, loading, verifying, and processing shipments.
Accurately record transactions and maintain inventory data in NetSuite.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move, stage, and organize materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area in compliance with OSHA and 5S standards.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
Prepare outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
Support periodic inventory counts and audits.
Serve as the primary Built Brands representative in the assigned warehouse area, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience, preferably in food or manufacturing.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work independently with minimal supervision.
