Quality Systems Technician



Location: Wilmington, NC
Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Start Date: As soon as possible

Shift Schedule – 7AM-3PM  
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Environment: In-Office

About the Role

As a Quality Systems Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring we consistently deliver world-class products.

You will:

  • Support the structure, compliance, and continuous improvement of the QMS
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date processes, procedures, and documentation
  • Assist with internal audits and coordinate preparation for external audits
  • Collaborate across departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Track and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor QMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with process owners and leadership
  • Participate in and lead training sessions related to quality systems

 

About You

You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to improve systems and processes. You enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating across teams.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Background in engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $42,000 – $60,000 USD annually (based on experience, including performance incentives)
