About the Role
As a Quality Systems Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring we consistently deliver world-class products.
You will:
- Support the structure, compliance, and continuous improvement of the QMS
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date processes, procedures, and documentation
- Assist with internal audits and coordinate preparation for external audits
- Collaborate across departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Track and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor QMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with process owners and leadership
- Participate in and lead training sessions related to quality systems
About You
You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to improve systems and processes. You enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating across teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: Background in engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or machine shop environment (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $42,000 – $60,000 USD annually (based on experience, including performance incentives)
