MACHINE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

 

Enjoy carpentry or mechanical work but ready to reduce physical labor? We have the perfect position for you!

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00/hour

Benefits Eligible

Hours: Full Time

Start Date: Monday, August 5th

Location: Springfield, MO

 

Grizzly is seeking individuals with strong troubleshooting abilities to problem solve with our customers over the phone. A high level of carpentry or mechanical understanding through previous employment and/or personal experience is required. Knowledge of woodworking, metalworking and/or electrical systems is a plus but not required as we offer extensive paid training.   

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Answer pre-purchase questions on machines
  • Troubleshoot machine problems 
  • Check inventory on machines and parts
  • Place customer orders and optimize customer satisfaction 
  •  Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company need.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to use, repair, and maintain machines and tools
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to type 20 WPM
  • Diploma or General Education Degree
