Job Description:
Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong experience in implementation + AMS/production support
Working knowledge of Fast Formulas
Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing
Exposure to support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher
Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Benefits (Mandatory), Compensation
Configure workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, locations, and security
Configure benefits programs, plans, options, rates, eligibility profiles, and life events
Configure compensation plans, budgets, awards, and eligibility rules
Gather business requirements and create functional design and configuration documents
Support CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization
Provide L2/L3 production support and manage Oracle quarterly release impacts
Support HDL data loads, integrations, and reporting requirements
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits
Experience with eligibility profiles and working knowledge Fast Formulas
Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
