- Strong internal auditing/financial reconciliation experience.

- Review and process various types of financial transactions in the FSF accounting system related to job assignments.
- Preparation of various reports related to job assignments.
- Prepare/process/review supporting documentation related to district procurement activities.
- Provide professional customer service and timely responses to staff inquiries.
- Participate and/or provide supporting information for internal and/or external audits.
- Provide administrative assistance to Supervisor of Transportation, in all aspects of their daily responsibilities.
- Process all accounting requirements for the transportation department.
- Maintain an appropriate filing system for the district office staff and bus contractors.
- Disposition all incoming phone calls and mail for department.

- Coordinate with transportation staff regarding the substitute list, district wide transportation supply accounts, and staff uniforms.
