Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at the Hopkins Restorative Care Center in Hopkins, MN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and quality services for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operation of the nursing home, including budgeting, staff supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement resident care plans
Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date medical records
Ensure a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
Develop and maintain relationships with local medical professionals and community partners
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and risk management activities
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing home setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Deep understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
