We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our food service team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas while supporting overall kitchen operations. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Properly sanitize and store all clean kitchen items
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, dish stations, and trash areas
- Remove garbage and recyclables according to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks such as food prep and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds
- Capability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment

- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
