About the Role

InterScripts is seeking a highly experienced and strategic
partnerships leader to drive and scale our Microsoft and Workday alliance
ecosystem within the healthcare industry.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building
strategic partnerships, driving co-sell opportunities, developing
healthcare-focused GTM initiatives, and generating measurable revenue growth
through Microsoft, Workday, and enterprise consulting partner ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with
enterprise technology alliances, healthcare transformation initiatives,
consulting/SI environments, and executive stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who
understands how hyperscalers, enterprise software providers, consulting firms,
and healthcare organizations collaborate to create large-scale transformation
opportunities.

Travel Requirement

Approximately 25%–40% travel based on partner
meetings, healthcare client engagements, industry conferences, executive
briefings, and alliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Alliance Management

  • Develop and execute
    Microsoft + Workday healthcare alliance strategy

  • Build and manage
    executive-level relationships across Microsoft, Workday, healthcare
    organizations, and consulting/SI partners

  • Create scalable co-sell
    motions, joint account plans, and referral strategies

  • Drive partner-influenced
    pipeline generation and revenue growth

Healthcare Ecosystem & GTM Leadership

  • Identify healthcare
    market opportunities across providers, payers, life sciences, and
    healthcare services organizations

  • Collaborate with
    internal sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to build joint
    healthcare solutions

  • Support strategic
    pursuits, deal shaping, and executive-level client engagements

Joint Solutions & Partner Enablement

  • Develop partner-focused
    offerings around:

    • Workday HCM
    • Workday Financials
    • Supply Chain
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft Cloud
    • AI & Data Solutions
    • Dynamics 365
    • Copilot
  • Lead partner enablement
    initiatives, governance models, QBRs, scorecards, and executive briefings

Industry Visibility & Leadership

  • Represent the
    organization at partner meetings, industry conferences, executive
    briefings, and healthcare transformation events

  • Build market visibility
    through webinars, strategic campaigns, and ecosystem engagement activities

 Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
    in:

    • Strategic Partnerships
    • Enterprise Alliances
    • Partner Sales
    • Ecosystem GTM
    • Consulting Growth
    • Enterprise Technology
      Sales

  • 5+ years managing
    enterprise technology partnerships involving:

    • Microsoft
    • Workday
    • Global System
      Integrators (GSIs)

    • Healthcare technology
      ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of
    healthcare industry operations and transformation priorities

  • Experience building
    co-sell programs, joint GTM strategies, and alliance-led revenue growth

  • Ability to engage
    effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
    teams

  • Excellent communication,
    presentation, and relationship management skills
