The Assembly Team Leader is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met. This role leads by example on the shop floor—coordinating work assignments, enforcing standard work, and supporting operators through hands‑on problem solving and equipment troubleshooting. The Team Leader works closely with production, engineering, and maintenance to address issues, improve processes, and reduce downtime while maintaining accurate time and production records. The Production Engineering Technician plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the seamless integration of engineering principles into production processes. This position focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining and improving equipment performance, and ensuring consistent product quality through technical troubleshooting and process enhancements. Working collaboratively with engineering, maintenance, and production teams, the technician contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.
