Join Our Growing Sales Desk Team as a Senior Sales Desk Representative with Swedish!

At Infor, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team that values accountability, proactivity, and innovation.
As a Senior Sales Desk Representative, you will not only deliver operational excellence — you’ll help shape the way we work, share best practices, and influence the transformation of the Sales Desk into a more strategic, customer-facing function. You will act as a bridge between operations and sales, playing a vital role in campaign execution, lead qualification, and end-to-end deal management. Through proactive communication, collaboration, and process optimization, you will help strengthen our customer-focused culture and position the Sales Desk as a true growth engine for Services.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
• Leading execution of Services campaigns, including email outreach, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
• Preparing and validating target lists, campaign materials, and operational pre-work to ensure readiness.
• Performing lead pre-qualification and discovery to assess customer needs, fit, and timeline.
• Managing proactive outbound activities to drive pipeline creation and customer engagement.
• Ensuring accurate data tracking and opportunity management in CRM (SFDC).
• Managing smaller deals end-to-end — from opportunity creation and data collection to contract preparation and closure.
• Cooperating with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Services Delivery, Sales, Legal, RMO, Finance) to ensure smooth process execution.
• Providing timely, high-quality responses to inbound requests and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and ensuring consistent feedback loops to Sales.
• Supporting process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
• Contributing to the development of best practices, documentation, and training materials.
• Participating in enablement programs to continuously improve sales techniques, CRM usage, and service excellence.
• Promoting collaboration, ownership, and accountability within the Sales Desk team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
• Experience in Sales Desk, Sales Operations, or Inside Sales role.
• Proven track record in campaign execution, lead generation, and qualification.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and results.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience mentoring or training other team members.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and campaign management processes.
• Proven ability to identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Excel or reporting skills for pipeline monitoring.
• Experience working in a global or regional sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.
