Job Description

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (Functional)
1- Timely and Accurate Accounting for Strategic Sourcing Transactions
a- Timely and accurate accounting of Vendor Payables
b- Timely and accurate accounting of Customer recoveries
c- Timely and accurate creation of Purchase Orders
d- Understanding of Inter Company Transactions 
2- Timely and Accurate Reconciliation of Strategic Sourcing Customers
a- Periodic reconciliation of Strategic Sourcing Customers.
b- Clearing of Open items by Customer Billing or Vendor Invoice accounting.
c- Timely accounting of any forex losses / gain for strategic sourcing transactions.
3- Audit and Compliances
a- Ensure correctness of invoicing as per local requirements.
b- Compliance with local tax requirements, identification of any conflicts to avoid any potential tax losses.
c- Ensuring response to Audit queries in respect of Strategic Sourcing function.
