Job Title: Finishing Repair Associate

You’ll restore surfaces, correct imperfections, and ensure every boat leaves our facility with a flawless finish.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect parts, surfaces, and assemblies for finish flaws or damage

Perform surface repairs using sanding, filling, and buffing techniques

Work with gelcoat, putty, paint, and other finishing materials

Use tools such as buffers, sanders, and spray guns to correct imperfections

Blend repairs into surrounding areas for seamless visual quality

Communicate with quality and production teams to prioritize repair needs

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety standards
