Due to high growth, we have 1st Shift Openings (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) in our Manufacturing area!

Shape 



What You’ll Do: 





  • Inspect parts, surfaces, and assemblies for finish flaws or damage 







  • Perform surface repairs using sanding, filling, and buffing techniques 







  • Work with gelcoat, putty, paint, and other finishing materials 







  • Use tools such as buffers, sanders, and spray guns to correct imperfections 







  • Blend repairs into surrounding areas for seamless visual quality 







  • Communicate with quality and production teams to prioritize repair needs 







  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety standards
