Dudley’s is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team in New York City.

Dudley’s is a neighborhood restaurant in the Lower East Side known for its seasonal menu, all-day dining, and vibrant, 

hospitality-driven atmosphere. Our bar program supports a lively dining room, requiring efficiency, consistency, and a strong focus on guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We are looking for bartenders who are polished, personable, and confident behind the bar, with the ability to deliver quality drinks and strong hospitality under pressure.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a      high-volume NYC restaurant or bar
• Experience in bistro, cocktail-driven, or hospitality-focused      environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to      house standards
• Provide warm, engaging service to guests at the bar and dining room
• Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, and      menu offerings
• Execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock and prep bar ingredients and supplies
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service      guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
