Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at (Facility, City).
In skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact. Our goal is to help each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence so they can safely transition to the next level of care.

What You'll Do
As a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including:
• Gait and mobility retraining
• Transfer training across all levels of assistance
• Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention
• Supporting patients with medically complex conditions
• Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression
• Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery

PRN Flexibility
This role is designed to work around your availability.
There is no required minimum number of hours, and additional PRN opportunities may be available at nearby locations if you'd like more consistency.
Requirements
• Active PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
• SNF experience preferred (one year ideal), but not required
