Responsibilities:
Client assessments & reassessments
Care plan development and updates
Supervisory visits for caregivers
Documentation and compliance oversight
Requirements:
Active TN RN license
3+ years experience
Strong assessment skills
Wound care experience preferred
IV skills a plus
