The Maintenance Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Pay: $20.00 an hour

Responsibilities
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
• Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary
• Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 4 years of previous maintenance technician experience
- Experience performing a variety of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair etc.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills in order to provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, work autonomously, approach tasks with a sense of urgency, and address any issues that arise day or night.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Training, College degree, or equivalent work experience preferred

- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best possible service to a demanding group of customers.
