This role is a key participant in the change control process (Engineering Change Notice and Change Control Board) and ensures timely availability of parts by assessing impacts, guiding purchasing and planning teams, and driving cross-functional alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Monitor engineering and customer change reports to assess impacts within part lead times
  • Communicate approved Change Control Board (CCB) decisions and implementation timing to Supply and Materials teams

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply and manufacturing risks during product launches
  • Support Purchasing Management with demand change analysis, advanced purchasing, and approval processes
  • Communicate upcoming demand changes and high-risk supply scenarios to purchasing and materials teams
  • Participate in ECN reviews and recommend effective implementation dates and supply solutions
  • Support last time buy and risk buy evaluations for affected components
  • Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and coordinate disposition activities
  • Maintain operational and work instructions related to change management and inventory disposition processes
