Job Description
The Krill Co., Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Project Field Superintendent for hire.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of field-related duties and assist the Field Superintendent in responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Field engineering and layout
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • Scheduling and procurement of materials.
  • Manpower planning
  • Field documentation and daily reporting.
  • Safety meetings and audits
  • Toolbox talks
  • Contract management
  • RFI submission and logs
  • Shop drawing review
  • Cost-control management
  • Pull-planning skills

Requirements:
  • We are seeking a self-starter with a proactive management approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with project management staff, consultants, architects, and clients.

Key qualifications include:
  • 1-3 years of field experience.
  • Education in construction management (bachelor's degree preferred), related degree, or trade background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, P6, and Plangrid/Autodesk (project management software).
  • LEED AP accreditation (Preferred).
  • Industry certifications in Safety and Trade skills.
  • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and interpreting construction documents (specifications, shop drawings, and project plans).
