What You Do
Simple. We provide warm leads from business owners who are already looking for capital. You generate the funding application and build the relationship from those leads. Our closers bring it home. Right now the economy is driving more business owners to us than ever and our leads are up 200 percent. We have the systems, the products, and the team to back you up. In 2025 our Midtown office paid out over 20 million dollars in commissions across a team of 50 to 70 agents. Our goal is to double that this year.
What You Get Paid
This is Wall Street sales. You eat what you kill.
You earn 20 to 40 percent of the total deal amount and deals range from 20 thousand to 5 million plus. There is no base salary and no ceiling. What we give you is the opportunity, the warm leads, the coaching, and the training. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
Year one OTE: $82,000 to $125,000+ Year two OTE: $200,000 to $350,000
No annual reviews. No asking for a raise. No waiting on someone else's approval. Your commission check reflects exactly what you produced. Period.
