Position summary: Responsible for providing interior design services on a variety of commercial projects.

Compensation for this position is $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. We notice that we receive a wide variety of applicants and recognize that the person selected may be less experienced or more experienced. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial interiors projects 
  • Skilled in all phases of design process – programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration
  • Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications and material selections required for construction
  • Develop selection of furniture systems/ specifications. Coordinate and collaborate with furniture vendor through ordering and installation of materials
  • Manage client expectations and consultant coordination
  • Produce design drawings in AutoCAD & Revit
  • Knowledge of current building codes

Nonessential functions and responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
