Requirements
Responsabilities: Translate discovery outputs and high-level concepts into clear product requirements and build plans Break down features into actionable tickets, user flows, and acceptance criteria Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog and sprint plans Work closely with the developer to clarify requirements, unblock progress, and ensure alignment Document user journeys, edge cases, and system behaviors Support QA planning and validation, including test cases, expected outcomes, and issue tracking Ensure alignment across email workflows, document handling, project state logic, and system integrations (Odoo, APIs, etc.) Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early, and resolve them proactively Keep execution moving; this is a delivery-focused role rather than a purely strategic or advisory one
Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner Experience working on custom platforms or internal tools, not only standard SaaS features Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation Proven experience working closely with developers in fast-paced build environments Familiarity with API-based systems and system integrations Experience using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar Experience with AI-enabled products or automation workflows is a strong plus Exposure to workflow-heavy industries such as construction, operations, or logistics is a plus Experience with email-driven systems or document-centric workflows is a plus QA and test planning experience is a plus Ability to work autonomously, ask the right questions early, simplify complexity, and stay detail-oriented Comfortable operating in ambiguity, collaborating closely with others, and maintaining high accountability
