Job Description
We’re looking to add a well-rounded Maintenance Mechanic to our team at our fast-paced facility in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a production coverage role, you’ll be troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment across multiple departments throughout the day.

Duties:
• Provide direct mechanical and electrical support to multiple production areas as needs arise.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of production equipment
• Support production uptime by responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively.
• Work safely and efficiently while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and plant safety protocols.
• Stay flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed across the facility.

Requirements:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Practical experience with:
- Electrical wiring and I/O devices
- Relays, contactors, and motor controls
- AC/DC drives and motion control systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Mechanical power transmission
• Electrical trade school or equivalent experience preferred — electrical knowledge is a major plus, especially with new equipment increasingly reliant on electronics, servos, and automation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be comfortable working in a wet, temperature-variable, and moderately loud environment.
• Able to adapt quickly and handle multiple priorities during a shift.

Schedule & Pay:
• 1st 2nd & 3rd shifts available, including some holidays.
• Bi-monthly weekend rotation required.
• Starting pay is $25-$30/hour depending on experience.
• Earn an extra $1 for all hours worked on Sundays.
