What we pay:

?$18-$20 Based on Prior Retread Experience

?$1.50/hour Productivity Bonus Available

?Paid Weekly



What you will do:

?Visually and electronically inspect tires, scanning tires into system, repair tire injuries and fill with extrusion gum

?Buffing old tread off tire casings, apply new tread compound on casing, operate tire x-ray machine as necessary, and operate curing chamber and monitor equipment settings

?Operation of computer-based tracking system throughout the production process

?Maintain sufficient and accurate inventory levels with regards to material used in the retreading process and utilize the automated inventory-scanning feature to keep inventory levels current
