About Us
Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. What You'll Do
- Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseload
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinic
- Support implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with assessments, program updates, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Director, and team members
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
- Support a consistent and structured clinical environment
What This Role Is and Is Not
- A hands-on clinical role with direct impact on clients and RBTs
- A support role working closely with BCBAs and leadership
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs
- An opportunity to grow toward a BCBA role if desired
Qualifications
- BCaBA certification required
- Ohio certification required
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $28 – $35 per hour based on experience
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
