Are you looking for a position in a global Data Regulatory team in our Centre of Excellence, where we are designing our global compliance programs with respect to GDPR, NIS2, AI Act and other data regulations? Your new role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer (m/f/x) with deep knowledge of data regulation and strong experience in AI Act, NIS2, and cybersecurity law. You will be part of our Global Data Excellence Team, responsible for developing global data regulatory programs.

In this role, you will lead the company’s regulatory efforts, advise on emerging regulations, translate legal requirements into practical operational controls, and support the CISO in developing a robust and globally aligned regulatory strategy.

You will join the Global Data Regulation Team - a diverse, international group of legal, cybersecurity, and compliance professionals dedicated to building strong and sustainable governance frameworks across the organisation.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be

  • Monitor global cybersecurity regulatory developments.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable and implementable company controls.
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Regulatory policies
    • Control frameworks
    • Audit methodologies
    • Implementation and compliance guidance
  • Lead regulatory risk assessments and support enterprise risk management alignment.
  • Define and recommend mitigation measures meeting regulatory expectations.
  • Ensure related regulatory requirements are embedded into operational practices.
  • Support business units and countries during implementation activities.
  • Deliver regulatory training to CISO functions and cross‑functional teams.
  • Develop awareness programs tailored to regulatory obligations and responsibilities.
  • Participate in regulatory and internal audits.
  • Track and report implementation maturity and progress.
  • Provide reporting input for senior management and cyber governance bodies.
  • Advise leadership, information security, and operational teams on regulatory obligations, incident reporting duties, and resilience requirements.

About you

  • Law degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in:
    • Data Regulation, e.g. GDPR, NIS2, AI Act, Data Act
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Development of policies, procedures and controls
    • Audit and Risk management
    • Incident reporting
    • Contact with data authorities
  • Strong analytical, risk‑based, and structured problem‑solving approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment with multiple internal stakeholders, including business, technical and legal teams.
  • To be able to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, agile working environment
  • Apply cultural awareness and behavioral science to the development and enhancement of processes and tools to help drive maturity across the organisation.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
