A Zoning Project Manager is responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing and concluding conformance on properties nationwide. These duties consist of research, requesting, follow-up, document association, reviewing and analyzing municipals codes, writing and concluding Zoning Assessment Reports. This role requires a deep understanding of managing projects, municipal codes, interactive mapping system, report writing software, multi-tasking, research, organization, prioritizing, clerical and administrative skills. 

Requirements

  

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Project Management 

· Additional tasks as needed

· Research and Request Zoning Projects 

· Follow-up 

· Document Association 

· Analyzing and applying municipal codes 

· Reviewing and applying ALTA Land Surveys 

· Concluding Due Diligence for Conformance 

· Completion of Assigned Tasks by Managing Director 


Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree 

· 2+ years of commercial real estate due diligence experience, preferably in varying roles including field assessor and reviewer

· 1+years of basic accounting experience 

· Excellent time management and organizational skills to?simultaneously manage deliverables for several ongoing assignments. 

· Ability to multitask priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

· Ability to learn new software in a fast pace.

· Ability to comprehend Nationwide Municipal Code of Ordinances. 

· Ability to comprehend and perform Jurisdiction processes for research, requesting and follow-ups. 


Preferred Skills:

· Microsoft 

· Planning and Zoning Knowledge 

· Comprehension of Municipal Code of Ordinances 

· Understanding of Jurisdiction processes for research, requesting and follow-ups. 

· 3-5 years of clerical or administrative duties 

· 1-2 years of Zoning Assessments 

· 1-2 years of Project Management
