About This Role 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key member of a high-energy sales team. You will be the face of the company in having crucial conversations with future Lumion customers. You will lead the effort of converting marketing leads into sales opportunities and have the satisfaction of seeing the positive impact our product makes on schools and students. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be fearless in reaching out to prospective Lumion customers. Yes, that means cold-calling.

  • Command conversations with prospects and lead as an expert on Lumion’s value proposition.

  • Qualify leads in order to ensure meaningful sales pipeline creation. 

  • Proficiently manage your activity in sales and marketing systems.

  • Hit daily key performance metrics. 

The schedule is full-time, Monday- Friday, in the office. 

Qualifications

  • Experienced:  Proven successful track record in a prior sales role.

  • Communicative: You have exceptional data gathering, communication, objection handling, and interpersonal skills

  • Driven: A self-starter mentality and results-oriented attitude drive your success in reaching and surpassing ambitious goals.

  • Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute proactively to the team’s success.

  • Proficient: You have managed your sales activity & pipeline in a CRM and have experience using sales productivity tools. 

  • Educated: You must show a commitment to lifelong learning, including traditional education. 

  • Agile: You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
