Responsibilities 

 

  • Under general supervision, responsible for managing ongoing successful delivery on modeately complex orders for one or more national accounts. 
  • Interprets customer documents to determine complex order details and generate quotes.  
  • Manages moderately complex customer orders coordinating with production, logistics, and after sales service to meet product delivery requirements.  
  • Identifies changes to order details or timing, and manages internal changes needed to meet new requirements. 
  • Develop options and cost estimates for expedited production or rework depending on customer requirements.  
  • Contributes to continuous improvement.  
  • Provides cross-functional leadership in meeting customer requirements. 


Requisitos:

Requires bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills. Ability to learn and understand technical terminology. Able to organize multiple projects. Requires good knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. Knows MS Office and a variety of other applications. Leadership ability. Adaptability.
