Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Hybrid Recruiter who understands the trades and knows how to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent in a competitive market. This is not a passive HR role. Recruiting at NH Ross is a core growth function and directly impacts our success. Remote option.

Duties

  • You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for both field, management and office roles, including:
  • Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Technicians

Responsibilities include:

  • Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  • Building steady pipelines for technicians and office staff
  • Sourcing through job boards, referrals, trade schools, networking, and outreach
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for skill, attitude, and culture fit
  • Partnering with leadership to forecast hiring needs and avoid open-seat gaps
  • Managing offers and pre-employment steps
  • Tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and retention
  • Launching and managing an employee referral program
  • Creating a strong candidate experience from first contact through the first 90 days
  • CSRs, Dispatchers, Inside Sales, Parts/Warehouse
  • Supervisory and leadership roles as needed
