Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location:
San Bernardino, CA
Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

(Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)

Bonus Experience:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder services.
  • Home, clinic, or school-based ABA.
  • Electronic data collection systems.
