CNA Certified Nursing Assistant every other Weekend

Job Summary

Grove Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formerly known as New Grove Manor, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team. As a CNA at our East Orange, New Jersey facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff

• Develop and maintain a rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
