We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Administrative Assistant to support our Collections Department, Attorneys, and Accounting team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and accurate financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Collection Department, the Firm’s Attorneys, and closely works with the Accounting Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Alert collectors of any failed credit card transactions/NSF checks/% to Goal report
- Enter, delete, or edit payment transactions as needed
- Merge and edit letters for settlements/payment arrangements/balance/etc. according to the arrangement set on the file
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of basic MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Word Perfect)
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Needs to be highly organized, a self-starter, ability to multi-task, and have great attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School degree or equivalent.
