The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annual salary and includes incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Purpose of Job

Supports online banking solutions for treasury and business customers, as well as internal operational teams associated with these products, including Commercial Center and Business Express. Provides expertise for core online banking platforms and related ancillary products such as Payment Exchange, Positive Pay, and other digital payment services. Serves as a subject matter expert to ensure reliable, secure, and effective delivery of digital banking solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead support for commercial and business banking clients utilizing the Bank’s online and mobile banking platforms, treasury management tools, and payment systems via Fiserv’s Commercial Center and related applications.
  • Support business units with client onboarding and implementation of digital banking solutions, including ACH origination, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and remote deposit services.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for commercial and business online banking projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze business unit needs by gathering and documenting requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and presenting findings to leadership and project teams.
  • Lead collaboration with business units, project managers, and leadership to optimize project scope and benefits, identify risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement vendor release enhancements in partnership with business units and Business Application Analysts, including research, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
  • Maintain expertise in evolving payment technologies and digital banking trends to support innovation and provide client advisory guidance.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficiency, consistency, and successful implementation and ongoing support of applications.

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Field of study: Computer Science or a related discipline.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Work Experience: More than 8 years of internal and/or external experience in financial services (10+ years preferred)
  • Supervisory / Management Experience: 1–3 years acting as a team lead or as the primary individual responsible for supporting a business‑critical application
  • Proven experience in commercial or business banking, treasury management, and financial technologies
  • Extensive technical skills with online banking and payment applications
  • Experience providing customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Advanced verbal and listening skills to support real‑time issue resolution, projects, and initiatives
  • Proficient knowledge of core banking systems, security protocols, and financial regulations
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
