Required qualifications, skills and experience
High School diploma or equivalent Minimum three years experience in supervising maintenance and custodial personnel Minimum three years experience maintaining commercial facilities buildings and grounds to include minor repair of plumbing, electrical & HVAC Minimum three years experience utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning compounds Must possess master custodial certification Must possess State of Florida limited certificate in lawn and ornamental pest control
