Over a decade ago, we launched Bartlett & West Construction as a subsidiary to our design business. Our construction company has grown to about $20 million revenue annually and focuses primarily on building projects for social service agencies, school districts and municipalities, while also completing utility projects for industrial, municipal, and tribal entities.

We are now seeking a proven, collaborative, and strategic leader to guide this construction company forward, scale operations, and inspire an already talented team. The desired individual will lead and operate the company with the energy and opportunity of a startup, supported by the financial strength, resources and stability of an organization with a 75-year history. We have established systems, strong design and administrative support, and the foundation set for significant growth.

This position is responsible for providing operational excellence, financial management, team leadership and relationship management with all stakeholders, driving contracting and comprehensive risk management to meet or exceed all contractual and financial targets.
